Textured card with No Stamping

Hello friends, It's great to be back with you. I haven't shared in about ten days. Sorry. You know how life gets busy and hectic. It's still that way right now what with stamp classes to plan and prepare. Then there are cards to make for family and friends. Of course, I'm also getting paper work ready for taxes. Let's see, what else? Well, you get the picture. Speaking of pictures, did you notice the card share I have for you today? Of course, you did. That's why you are here. Well, this is a card I made for my monthly stamping group. Once a month we gather at my upline's house (Susie). I'm beginning to see a pattern because for the last 3-4 months we have done card swaps. So back to today's share. This is the card I made for the swap. The card has zero stamping. Not even on the inside! The card is made with Natural White card stock. I ran the card front through the Big shot using the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. I'm in love with all the Stampin' Up embossing folders. I love their price too - $7.95. The card is layered with retired Pale Plum card stock and pattern paper from my stash. I used the Pinking Hearts border punch on both layers. The ribbon is Lovely Lilac also retired. For the valentines, I ran Lovely Lilac and Lavender Lace card stock through the Big Shot with two different embossing folders. I used Perfect Polka Dots for one and the other was done with the Square Lattice embossing folder. I then used the Full Heart punch to punch out the valentines. This was a very easy card to make. Did you notice I also didn't use any ink on this card. Isn't that amazing? No stamps and no ink! I had lots fun working with that Big Shot though. It was fun visiting with you and I hope you enjoyed today's share. See you tomorrow? Say yes.
